I the undersigned member, pledge to abide by the rules and regulations of National Human Rights Committee (R) & adhere that.

1. I will not violate any rules, regulations and discipline of our esteemed organisation.
2. I assure you that I will not misuse my identity card and my respected post bestowed to me by National Human Rights Committee (R).
3. I also affirm that if norms are infringed by me or misused, I will be solely responsible for any legal proceedings towards me and my identity card along with my post will stand terminated by the organization and the respected organisation's decision will prevail on me.
4. I undertake to surrender my Identity Card to the national administration office after its expiry, as renewal is mandatory for the continuation of membership.
5. All dispute subjects are settled by the permission of the national administration office to its jurisdiction.
6. In the case of change in my residence address, I am liable to inform the national administration office.
7. In the case of loss of my identity card, it is my responsibility to inform the national administration office.
8. I know that I cannot change / Print the format of Logo and Letter Pad under any circumstances.
9. Members should inform the national administration office directly if they found any type of Violence (Print media news, TV news, or practical complaint) against Human Rights & Social Justice.
10. Members should promote their post on all social media platforms to reach the people in need.
11. Members should be aware about any activity (Child labour, Domestic violence, Sexual harassment at workplace, Fraud, Human trafficking, Custodial death, Unofficial arrest, Slavery, Senior citizen issues, Labour issues, Violence against minorities and dalits and Civil issues) against Human Rights in their location and try to solve the issues on personal level and should inform the national administration office on priority if further help required.

I hereby pledge to uphold the constitution of India and sincerely follow and abide by the objectives and ideals of National Human Rights Committee (R) an organisation by the status of human rights and social justice and declare that I am not a part of any organisation that will jeopardize the National Human Rights Committee (R) image of impartiality. I clearly understand that this is a Registered Voluntary Organization (NGO) and joining this organization does not grant me any government authority, police powers, or special facilities. I also affirm that I will sincerely render my services without any vested interest and any type of claims and work solely in the interest of the above said organisation. I will not violate any norms of the above said organisation and the governing body of National Human Rights Committee (R) is at liberty and has liberty to terminate my post and membership from the organisation immediately without any notice. I shall have no claim whatsoever.
