2. Application Process

Following these steps for transparency:

• Application: Online Application Form on the website.
• Verification: After receiving the application, discuss it in the Executive Committee meeting and get approval.
• Payment of fees: Get the membership fee only into the official bank account of the organization (avoid receiving it in cash as much as possible).

3. Code of Conduct & Terms of Members

Mentioning the following points clearly to protect the organization from legal complications:

• Interest of the organization: Members should not use the name of the organization for personal gain under any circumstances.
• Law Abiding: Members should abide by the laws of India and the 'Bylaws' of the organization.
• Education and Awareness: Members should engage in activities to create awareness about human rights in accordance with the objectives of the organization.
• Disciplinary Action: The Board of Directors has the power to cancel the membership of any member who harms the reputation of the organization or participates in illegal activities without prior notice.
• Disclaimer: Membership is not a guarantee of any government job or power. It is just a platform for social service.

4. Digital Membership ID

Digitalization is essential to bring transparency in membership:

• QR Code ID: Provide a digital ID card with a QR code to every member.
• Website Verification: Check the "Member Verification" on the website. If the member's ID number is entered there, the public will know that they are really an official member of our organization. This is the most effective way to prevent fake memberships.

5. Public Declaration

"Membership of our organization is open only to those who are service-minded. We are not an organization for any political or profit motive. Our members are committed to upholding the values of the Constitution."
