Purpose and Scope

Objectives of the internship program

Purpose

To provide students with practical knowledge of human rights law, social work, and government administration.

Duration

Flexible internship periods available: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months based on academic requirements.

Format

Comprehensive training including Field work, Report preparation, and Office management tasks.

Eligibility & Selection

Requirements and transparent hiring process

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Academic Background: Students pursuing Law (LLB/LLM), Sociology, Journalism, or Social Service.
  • Age Limit: Students between the ages of 18 and 28.
  • Required Documents: Recommendation letter (No Objection Certificate - NOC) from college, Aadhaar card, Mark sheets, and mandatory College ID Card.

Submit an online application through the official website portal.

Interview Assessment
Checking candidate's interest and background through phone or video call.

Approval & Onboarding
Issuing an official 'Internship Offer Letter' with organization seal to selected candidates.

Ensuring certificate validity

QR Code Verification

To prevent fake certificates, each successful intern receives a certificate featuring a dynamic QR code. Scanning it securely displays candidate details and their internship period on our website.

Unique Registration Number

Every certificate is printed with a Unique ID ensuring full traceability in our digital records.

Internship Regulations
  • Confidentiality (NDA): Internal matters of the organization or beneficiary information learned during the internship must not be shared. Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement is mandatory.
  • Scope & Conduct: Do not engage in acts that may harm the organization's reputation. Engaging in political or illegal activities will result in immediate cancellation of the internship.
  • Certificate: Only those who successfully complete the required period and tasks will be awarded the 'Certificate of Completion'.
  • Stipend: This is a volunteer-based learning program; there will be no stipend provided.
