The core aims, objectives, and operational areas of the
National Human Rights Committee (R) — Registered Voluntary Organization

THE TRUST AIMS

Primary goals and guiding principles of the organization

01

To train the young men and women for facing the challenges of the pluralistic society and the rising conflicts and tensions in the name of particularistic loyalties to caste, religion and culture and to work in close cooperation with national Human Rights Commissions on women, minorities, SC/ST, OBC and NGOs and media organizations for promoting Human Rights education.

To make people aware of "Human Rights duties", Privileges, conduct training camps and workshops, establish old age homes, residential/vocational schools and colleges, research & medical colleges and Human Right camps.

To promote art and culture, maintain, encourage and assist help centres for promotion of Human Rights.

To promote social progress and better standards of life and activity in co-operation with the Government of India and other countries to promote human rights education.

To develop more distinctive and effective role for the international court of justice to fulfil the Human Rights and spread the message/values of Human Rights through Human Rights education.

To open training camps and workshops for the development of arts, plays and culture and raise funds through subscriptions, donations, trade to fulfil the aims and objects.

To establish and conduct centres of treatment and rehabilitation for the victims of violators of Human Rights.

To actively join hands with Government of India and other countries to promote Human Rights education and help legal, social and economic discrimination against women and their exploitation in different ways.

To publish books, encyclopedias, monographs, journals and directories on Human Rights and study and prepare reports on the violation.

To effectively work for gender inequalities, exploitations and injustice as also to encourage / assist talented artists, poets, singers, writers, social workers, journalists, doctors, judges etc.

To organize and participate in cultural programmes to foster a spirit of nationalization to achieve co-operation in solving various problems of economic, social, cultural or humanitarian character and in promoting and encouraging respect for Human Rights.

To help freedom fighters, widows/war widows and orphans and running schools, colleges & similar institutions.

To work for ensuring that Human Rights are respected everywhere and the interest of disempowered communities foremost in all dealings with countries in which Human Rights violations occur.

To support through the UN framework, democratic and economic reforms in countries coming out of totalitarian control and to restrict cooperation with governing regimes that violate Human Rights.

To support and implement any other issues other than what has been mentioned above with respect to Human Rights violations globally.

To donate to the Institution/Trust having similar objects.

The above objects are independent of each other and the Trustees may from time to time apply the funds of the trust in carrying out all or any objects of the trust.

To carry out such other objects of general public utility not involving carrying on of any activity for profit.

This Trust is a public charitable trust and is irrevocable.

Any other object of general public utility not involving the carrying on of any activity for profit, permissible under the provisions of section 80G of Income Tax Act 1961 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force.

Collaborations & Extensions

Working together with Government bodies and global institutions

C01

To promote Farmers and Cultivators and wage labourers to create awareness about the schemes and Facilities available to them from the Government of India and the State Governments and provide training and Certifications in collaboration with the relevant Government department and our organization.

C02

Our organization works in collaboration with the Government of India and the State Governments to empower and encourage farmers workers, women, youth, students and provide self-employment training and certification, as well as to eliminate unemployment and poverty.

C03

Our organization in collaboration with the Government of India and State Governments creates awareness and promotes farmers rights, labour rights, women's rights, children's rights, right to Information and Forest conservation rights.

C04

Opportunity to open Human Rights protection centres in collaboration with the Government of India and State Governments.

C05

To encourage and motivate the youth by setting up competitive exam coaching centres and providing training for UPSC and KPSC Exam.

C06

To protect and promote Human Rights in collaboration with the United Nations, the world Human Rights Commission, the Government of India and all State Governments and State Human Rights Commissions in India.

C07

To protect and promote the Right to Information and to sensitize and protect Social workers who are users of the Right to Information.

C08

Open a unit called Success Women Sena and implement a welfare development project. Empower and encourage girls by providing membership, group and family registration — providing marriage assistance, food kits, education support and funeral assistance for family members.

Social
  1. 01 To establish and run various welfare Centres to promote de-Addiction, Welfare of Senior Citizens, Physically and mentally handicapped persons and overall human development.
  2. 02 To promote social welfare activities with special emphasis on women empowerment.
  3. 03 To support good governance and anti-corruption initiatives at the country level.
  4. 04 To prevent corruption through research, advocacy, lobbying and awareness campaigns.
  5. 05 To stimulate public awareness about corruption trends and impact and to enable the civil society to raise their voice against corruption.
  6. 06 To work for the betterment of women, children, senior citizens, and disabled and to fight against social wrongs like discrimination and harassment.
  7. 07 To help the poor in their social affairs viz., arranging group marriages and inter-caste marriages.
  8. 08 To promote the cause of sanitation and construct toilets for the poor free of cost.
  9. 09 To promote water conservation, educate about recycling of water, spread awareness for ponds and other water reservoirs.
  10. 10 To eliminate child labour, child trafficking, and child abuse and focus on the education and resettlement of deprived children.
  11. 11 To fight against corruption and make people aware about their legal and consumer rights.
  12. 12 To undertake Road reconstruction, Shelters for shelter-less, Pure & Safe Drinking Water Facilities, Rural Sanitation and Rural Development works.
  13. 13 Microfinance, SHG Group and RMK and any other Micro Finance Objective.

Education, Research & Training
  1. 01 To promote, establish, run, develop and manage schools, colleges, Technical Institutions, library, Coaching centres etc.
  2. 02 To render, advise, give consultation, promote utilization of research and establish co-operation between institutions engaged in research in various fields of modern education.
  3. 03 To promote education, especially girls and SC, ST, OBC students.
  4. 04 To conduct educational, environmental and sociological studies.
  5. 05 To promote use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for socio-economic development.
  6. 06 To push for legal and judicial reforms, Civil service reform, and effective public administration.
  7. 07 To improve accountability and transparency in political, administrative and social areas.
  8. 08 To advocate a more efficient public financial management and public service delivery.
  9. 09 To construct a consensus for joining hands in corruption control.
  10. 10 To organize training and refresher programmes for volunteers and officials of different NGOs.
  11. 11 To disseminate information and knowledge, publish literature and documents, and organize seminars / conferences / meetings etc.
  12. 12 To manage skill development programs and promote participation of youth in income generation activities.
  13. 13 To organize lectures, seminars and workshops to strengthen the character building process.
  14. 14 To remove illiteracy and spread Adult Education for the age group: 15-35 years.

Women Empowerment
  1. 01 To fight against all types of violence against girl, child and women and make society aware against evils like dowry, molestation and the like.
  2. 02 To train women for self-employment through vocational courses conducted free of cost and upgrade them about schemes available from NABARD and other organisations.
  3. 03 Empowering women through marketing linkages of their products for ensuring food and livelihood security and self-sustained economy.
  4. 04 To educate women about family planning and its benefits.
  5. 05 To work for uplifting the status of women in society and fight against the victimization of girl/women.

Health
  1. 01 To promote, establish, run, develop and manage hospitals, medical colleges, research institutions, counselling centres, dispensaries etc.
  2. 02 To educate people against taking drugs and alcohol.
  3. 03 To provide help under health and nutrition services for women and children.
  4. 04 To organize blood donation camps, immunization drives and encourage organ donation.
  5. 05 To provide free medicine to the deprived in rural areas by arranging medical fairs and mobile dispensaries.
  6. 06 To create awareness about diseases like leprosy, tuberculosis, malaria, jaundice, Cancer, HIV/AIDS etc.

Environment
  1. 01 To work for environmental awareness, sustainable development and participative management of local natural resources for village level development.
  2. 02 To ensure environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, Agro-forestry, conservation of natural resources.
  3. 03 Plantation and Forestation.
  4. 04 To create awareness about disaster management and to help victims of natural disasters like floods, earthquake, Tsunami, fire, wind storm, Cyclone etc.

Agriculture & Horticulture
  1. 01 Encouraging sustainable agriculture development, Horticulture and Land Development.
  2. 02 To promote organic production and their marketing in the area of agriculture.

Animal Welfare
  1. 01 To work for animal husbandry, animal medical care, animal rights and to implement projects on Development of fisheries.
  2. 02 To help the victims of natural disasters, be it animals.

Sports
  1. 01 To organize Sports events and talent search events for the youth.
  2. 02 To promote and provide training for rural sports, Nationally recognized sports, Paralympics sports and Olympic Sports.
  3. 03 Career games for the development of educational courses.
I
Other Objectives
  1. 01 To publish newspapers, magazines, journals and reproduce arts, literature, science, craft and other allied works for instruction and imparting useful knowledge.
  2. 02 To eliminate Poverty, unemployment and starvation through rural industries, home industries, small industry, small scale industries and efforts to ensure proper market conditions.
