Award Guidelines & Purpose
To recognize and encourage those who have made outstanding achievements in the field of human rights and social service. Our organization does not offer awards by luring money in any way. The award is given purely on the basis of merit.
Eligibility & Criteria
Qualifications required for award nomination
Social Service Experience
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of human rights protection, education, environmental protection, or rural development with a demonstrable positive impact on marginalized communities.
Honesty & Criminal Background
The candidate should not have any pending criminal cases against them. A formal Self-Declaration Form must be submitted at the time of application to confirm this status.
Proof of Achievement
The candidate must submit verifiable evidence of their work, including photos, press reports, news clippings, or experience letters from recognized institutions about the work undertaken.
Application & Nomination
Eligible candidates can apply themselves or be recommended. Applications must be submitted through the official website. If there is a nominal fee for processing, it will be strictly collected as Organizational Maintenance Expenses with a mandatory formal receipt.
Selection Process
Transparent evaluation by an independent jury
Award Jury
A committee comprising the organization's president, social workers, legal experts, and retired government officials.
Evaluation & Scoring
The committee evaluates nominations based on a specific transparent scorecard and conducts field verification if necessary.
Final Decision
The decision of the jury is final. The final merit list is published online, and winners are notified via official email or letter.

Preventing duplication and ensuring authenticity
QR Code Implementation & Digital Signatures
To prevent duplication, every award certificate issued by the organization contains a unique dynamic QR code and digital signatures. When scanned, it opens a specific secure page on our website displaying the awardee's name, year, and unique certificate number.
Online Verification Portal
Anyone can instantly verify the authenticity of an award by entering the certificate number into the Award Verifier section of our website.

Not a Government Honor: This award is not equivalent to any government honor; it is an institutional honor given by our organization to recognize achievers.

No Cash Demands: The organization is not responsible if anyone demands money in the name of the award. If this occurs, report it to us immediately.

Right to Withdraw: If the award winner acts beyond the ideals of the organization, the board of directors has the power to cancel, withdraw, or change the award at any time.

Declaration: At the time of application, all candidates must sign a declaration stating: "I agree to all the rules of the organization."
Award Ceremony Transparency
We organize a public ceremony while giving the award. The achievements of the awardees are documented through video and photos in our website's Gallery section to ensure credibility for future candidates.
