Duties & Responsibilities (Do’s)

  • Fight for justice and uphold the rights of common people.
  • Stand as a support system for weaker sections of society.
  • Raise your voice against injustice and safeguard the truth.
  • Act as the voice of the voiceless.
  • Build and nurture a strong, ethical team.
  • Be humble and polite with everyone.
  • Participate in mandatory monthly meetings.
  • Work under the guidance of legal advisors.
  • Presidents National Human Rights Committee (R) cells must report cases/issues promptly.
  • Collect written complaint letters from victims before action.
  • Engage in training as a continuous, action-oriented process.
  • Set ambitious, clear goals and promote leadership growth.

Prohibited Conduct (Don’ts)

  • Do not expect personal benefits or favors from the public.
  • Do not misuse your position for financial gain.
  • Do not act outside National Human Rights committee (R) policies or objectives.
  • Do not discriminate based on caste, religion, or gender.
  • Do not bring disrepute to the organization.
  • Do not collect or demand money against our policies.
  • Do not exploit victims, beneficiaries, or the public.
